Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026
These terms apply when you use DentalNest, operated by [operator / company name]. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Private beta
DentalNest is in a free private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided “as is” without guarantees. Please report problems so we can fix them.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18. Accounts are for dentists, dental students, and dental clinics, laboratories, stores, and companies. Choose the account type that truly describes you, and create a business account only for a business you are authorised to represent.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person or business per account. Don't share or sell accounts.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post information that identifies a patient without their explicit consent.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
- Post false, misleading, or unprofessional content, or impersonate someone else.
- Post spam, unrelated advertising, fake job offers, or fake, illegal, or counterfeit products.
- Write a review that isn't based on your own real experience with that business, review your own business or a competitor's, or offer or accept anything in exchange for a review.
- Post events that don't exist, that you aren't organizing or allowed to promote, or that give false information about accreditation or CPD/CE hours.
- Give medical advice to the public as if it replaces an examination by a qualified dentist.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal or harmful.
- Try to access other people's data, break the service, or collect data with automated tools.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give DentalNest permission to store, display, and share it within the service as needed to run it. You are responsible for your content. Clinical cases are shared for professional education and discussion only.
6. Jobs and products
DentalNest only connects job posters and applicants. We are not an employer or recruitment agency and are not part of any agreement between them. Posters are responsible for their job listings being genuine and lawful. Check details yourself before accepting or offering work.
Any member can list products in the marketplace. DentalNest does not sell, stock, deliver, or take payment for any product and is not part of any sale. Sellers are responsible for their listings being accurate and lawful, including any registration or approval a medical device or material needs. Agree price, delivery, warranty, and returns directly with the seller.
DentalNest only connects sellers and buyers. Any transaction is solely between the buyer and the seller. DentalNest is not responsible for any payment, delivery, product quality or safety, warranty, return, refund, or dispute between members, or for any loss that results from one. Check products and sellers yourself before paying. You confirm that you understand this when you first open the marketplace.
7. Verification badges
A badge means we reviewed a document the member sent. It is not a guarantee of their identity, qualifications, licence, or conduct. A gold badge marks an official account: DentalNest itself, or an institution (for example a government body, faculty, or syndicate) whose account the DentalNest team has confirmed.
By sending a document for verification, you consent to the DentalNest team reviewing it and the information it contains, for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and professional status. You confirm this in a pop-up before sending, and we record when you did. Only send a document that is genuine and belongs to you; sending a false or someone else's document can lead to your account being removed. The document is never shown to other members.
Verified clinics appear on the public “Find a dental clinic” page with their business name, logo, description, location, address, business phone and email, and rating. Patients contact the clinic directly: DentalNest doesn't book appointments, isn't a healthcare provider, and isn't responsible for the care a clinic provides.
Only verified members take part. Until your verification is approved you can sign in, browse, complete your profile, and send your document, but you can't post, comment, message, like, follow, apply for jobs, write reviews, list products, organize events, or create groups and workplace links. We may remove a badge, and with it these features, if we find the document was not genuine.
8. Moderation
We may remove content or restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Members can report content and accounts with the Report button, and can block other members. A block stops messages and interaction between the two members in both directions; it does not replace a report when someone breaks these terms.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, DentalNest is not liable for content posted by members, for decisions made based on it, or for losses from using or being unable to use the service.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in the app. Questions: email privacy@dentalnest.app.
